Somewhere in the middle of all of F'ar's weyrling lessons, Rhamneth had laid her first clutch. He'd tried to make time to check in on his sister here and there - sometimes it still really amazed him, the role they'd been thrown into, more or less - but he wasn't sure if it was the lack of time or mild reluctance that kept him, most days. His sister was in a league of their own, it felt like, as a queenrider. And, not that he was quite ready to admit it, he was slightly embarrassed about how much of a...stick in the mud he'd been since their mother had sent them here. F'ar still wasn't set on how to feel about his life in general. Impressing had almost made things more confusing.

He'd realized that he couldn't possibly be the only one struggling with his new role. Ragnhildr has more on his plate than he likely ever would- especially now. Time to step up, a little, as their brother. They'd been there for him for...considerably less. He'd never be in a situation like this.

F'ar didn't want to drag them too far away from the sands this evening (and he also did want to see Rhamneth again), so on his way there he'd made sure to grab a good cup of klah, some fruits and bread. One of these days maybe he could snag them away for an actual meal, or something. He really had neglected catching up more than he'd liked.

'Why don't you come say hello to Rhamneth? Bring her a small...something to eat, too, maybe?'

Thaenoth had already been spending the afternoon flying circles around the 'bowl in an effort to practice more tight manouevers. F'ar hoped this would also give the green a chance to cool down. A tad.

Surely she can muster the strength to feed herself. Take her own 'break' from the sands. The activity would do her some good.

'Not sure she'd want to, Theanoth. Please? She's family, too. Besides, you can take your finesse to hunting, too.'

A beat, then, Very well. I shall arrive in short order.

"Hey, Rag?" F'ar lingered in the main entryway. Not his space, not his dragon, not his clutch to intrude upon. "Though you could use the....company. Or a distraction. Hungry...? Theanoth can be here in a bit, too, Rhamneth, if you're peckish- or bored." He ventured to take a few steps closer, though not enough for his boots to meet sand. "It's...been a little while since we've spoken. I've missed you both, really."
